1. Services & License

1.1 Limited License Grant

Konnecte LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the Services or content beyond this scope is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are 16 years or older and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.

If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

You may not use our Services if you are prohibited from receiving products, services, or software from the United States—for example, if you are located in a country embargoed by the U.S. or if you are on the U.S. Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals list.

Except for the limited license granted above, Konnecte LTD and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated technology, software, and content. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services. If you violate these Terms, you may be breaking the law, including by infringing upon our intellectual property rights.

If you provide us with feedback or suggestions regarding the Services, you agree that Konnecte LTD has a perpetual, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your suggestions without any obligation to compensate you.

3. User Content

We may allow you to submit, upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available content through the Services (“User Content”). Your User Content remains your property, but by making it available, you grant Konnecte LTD an irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and display your content for purposes related to our Services, including marketing and promotions.

You also waive any moral rights you may have in your User Content, including rights of attribution, regardless of whether the content is altered.

You are solely responsible for your User Content, including ensuring that it:

- Is accurate and lawful.

- Does not violate any laws or the rights of others.

- Is free of malware, viruses, spyware, or malicious code.

Konnecte LTD is not responsible for monitoring User Content but reserves the right to review, remove, or deny any content at our sole discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

- Violate any law, rule, or regulation.

- Disrupt another user's experience, including through harassment, threats, or spamming.

- Post offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.

- Share personal or sensitive information of others without consent.

- Use automated tools, cheats, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage.

- Sell, buy, or trade your account or access to the Services.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5.2 Violation of Code of Conduct

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action where applicable.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 In-App Purchases

Certain features of our Services may be available as in-app purchases, including virtual items that are non-refundable and hold no real-world monetary value.

If you purchase virtual items via Apple, Google, or other platforms, their payment terms will apply.

6.2 Subscriptions

Some of our Services may require a subscription, which will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

7. Termination

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- Konnecte LTD and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (such as lost profits, lost data, or system failures) arising from your use of the Services.

- Our total liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you have paid us in the past six (6) months. If you have not made any payments, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Warranty Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. You use the Services at your own risk.

10. General Terms

- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Konnecte LTD.

- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

- You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign them freely.
